The blaze broke out at a New Rochelle home on Mill Pond Lane on Monday night, Dec. 16, fire buff Domenic Ramacciato told Daily Voice.
Ramacciato said that the incident initially came in as a residential fire alarm and was upgraded to a 10-75 once firefighters arrived at the scene.
